What Your Posture Says About You

One glance. That’s all someone needs in order to form an opinion. While it is never fair to judge a book by its cover, it has become the social norm.

When walking by someone or meeting them for the first time, watch their eyes. They are unconsciously judging you; looking you up and down within seconds.

Your appearance matters. To them, at that moment, an opinion is formed. While our cleanliness and clothing help, your posture also guides such opinions.

Are you straight, at the ready, and attentive? Or, are you slouched, sad, and uninterested? Your posture says a lot about you and to others.
